The Santa Monica Bay Area Human Relations Council (HRC) is committed to creating equitable opportunities for community members to develop their leadership skills and advance community wellbeing for all. The Community Wellbeing Program empowers residents as leaders in that effort.

 

To this end, the HRC selects cohorts of individuals who want to implement ideas that focus on small-scale action to improve community wellbeing. Selected leaders receive leadership development training opportunities and a $500 microgrant.

 

This round, leaders will channel their creativity through projects to be produced April thru June 2025.
